To ensure that financial statements are generated and circulated to the Board of Directors in a timely and appropriate manner.
To ensure that the financial records of the Company are maintained and submitted in a timely and appropriate manner to the accountants as appropriate.
To ensure the proper management of the monies that the Company has at its disposal and that the current list of signatories is appropriately maintained and liaises with the bank when necessary.
To ensure that invoices for goods and services produced by the Company are generated and paid in an appropriate and timely manner.
To work with the financial team (including the current treasurer who is very willing to offer a gradual handover period of training), between them order materials, pay the invoices and manage the petty cash from donations and our small shop.
The candidate should live within reasonable travelling distance of Rochester Airport, Kent to facilitate the above.
