Finance Board

We are currently seeking to recruit a new trustee board member on a voluntary basis, with a specialism in Financial Management.


What are we looking for:

An experienced finance professional (preferably CCAB qualified), with current experience of finance and financial management ideally in the charitable or public sector. Preferably with knowledge of Charity SORP accounting and intercompany accounting.


What is the role all about:

You will provide guidance and support to the Corporate Services Director in terms of the financial management and act as the Trustee Board’s financial expert. In addition to attending quarterly board meetings, you would also attend, and once established, chair quarterly Finance & General Purpose meetings and hold a monthly teleconference with the Corporate Services Director and Chief Executive Officer.
