New Note Projects is a Brighton based charity that uses music to create life changing experiences for people who are dealing with addiction, homelessness and mental health issues. We have been established for three years and have achieved a national profile for our work. We are now looking at expanding our work in Brighton and beyond to provide opportunities for more people to support their recovery through music.
We have a small Board of Trustees who support our Chief Executive and Founder Molly Mathieson in operating and developing New Note Projects. We would like to recruit a Trustee with a finance qualification to join the Board; experience of charity accounts, funding applications and financial control is desirable but not essential. The time commitment would not be high with a maximum of 4 formal meetings a year plus a limited amount of input in between.
