Reporting to the Deputy HRD, the Deputy Director of Human Resources to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively under D.HRD Supervision. He/She will support in developing HR strategies, including volunteer employment, recruitment, exit strategy, HR Reporting, training, and employee services by performing the following duties, as well as providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. Required 3 - 5 years of experience in HR Field and relevant education.

Responsibilities

  • Support in strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, HR Portal, Interviews, HR reporting, Contact list and Org chart etc.)

  • Support: Hire, guide and orientation for new staff

  • Support on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc

  • Support: Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency

  • Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

  • Analyse the effectiveness of HR operations and policies

  • Support to implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Support current, and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Support and monitor global HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation

  • Support in Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Support in Nurture a positive working environment

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Support to Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Support to ensure legal compliance
