Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs are seeking to appoint a Trustee/Director with specific Marketing and Communications expertise. We are seeking someone who will support our ambition to raise our profile increase our brand recognition, supporting our newly appointed Marketing and Communications Officer.
The future trustee will have experience likely to have been earned by holding a senior position in a corporate or Marketing agency.
With a number of trustees reaching the end of their term of office, we have undertaken a skills assessment of our Board of Trustees and we are delighted to share that Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs is currently recruiting two new trustees with specific skills to join its Board at a key time in our development. We are looking for dynamic, engaged individuals who are keen to leverage their time, expertise and networks to help steer our future growth and development.
We are looking for individuals particularly experienced in the fields of Marketing and Finance, who are willing to dedicate time and energy to our cause and who share our passion for Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs to grow and become even more successful.
Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids’ Clubs’ vision, mission and strategy is to support the Out of School Childcare Sector to survive, revive and go on to thrive over the next 3 years.

Our mission is to be the voice of Out of School Childcare Clubs in Wales, supporting children’s right to play and quality childcare that is sustainable, affordable and meets the needs of children, their families and communities.

We will achieve our mission by working to our values and behaviour, championing and protecting the sector, collaborating with partners and delivering knowledgeable communications. Our strategy embraces the values, goals and ways of working set out in the “Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 through enabling the sector to deliver a healthier, more prosperous Wales, a more equal one that has a vibrant culture a sector supporting cohesive communities.
